The apartments offer 425 square feet of living space including one bedroom, a bathroom with combination tub and shower including grab rails, living room and furnished kitchens with refrigerator and stove. All apartment floors are vinyl tile allowing the resident to carpet the apartment if they wish.
Resident Information:
Residents must be age 62 years or older and meet screening criteria (see application)
Faith Haven accepts the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher
Security Deposit = $300.00
Pet Policy:
Pet types are restricted to “common household pets” such as; 1) not more than one dog or cat. Breed and size limitations. 2) not more than two caged birds
Dog or cat maximum weight 30 lbs. Maximum height 15 inches to shoulders
Pet Security Deposit = $200
